Michael joined AEW in 2014 and has 16 years' industry experience. Michael is responsible for Asset Management across the UK funds and is Assistant Portfolio Manager for the AEW UK Core Property Fund. From 2010, he was at DTZ in the Investment and Development Agency team, where he advised on property acquisitions and sales within the South West of England, with the majority of transactions being on behalf of UK property funds. From 2006 he was working in both a Professional Advisory Services and Valuation capacity, although specialising in retail landlord and tenant advice. Prior to DTZ he worked in a business space agency role in Southampton. Michael is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Ed joined AEW in 2015 and focuses on sourcing and executing direct investments within all property sectors for the AEW UK funds and separate account mandates. He previously worked in the National Investment department at Gerald Eve, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties across the UK. He provided support to a wide range of clients including UK funds and institutions, property companies and developers. Edward is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
