All property introductions must be made to aewukintroductions@eu.aew.com and intros+aew@coyote.co.uk. All introductions must include full property address and relevant pricing information. Until such time as a member of our team has been in contact, an introduction has not been accepted.
AEW UK reserves the right in its absolute discretion whether to accept an introduction.
Acceptance of an introduction is expressly on the following terms and conditions:
• The introducer has no conflict of interest and will only be representing AEW UK in the acquisition of the property;
• The introducer's fee is to be agreed by negotiation and subject to our standard terms of engagement. Until such time as a fee has been confirmed as agreed by AEW UK in writing, no fee is due and payable;
• In all instances AEW UK reserve the right to instruct additional parties. In situations when AEW UK do instruct additional parties, their fee will be allocated as part of the introducer's fee.
An introduction to AEW UK does not constitute an introduction to AEW SA, AEW Capital Management L.P. and their respective subsidiaries and vice versa.
If a property has been introduced and rejected, a re-submission will be treated as a new introduction. This will need to be made on the same terms as the paragraphs above.
Where AEW UK have rejected an introduction, we reserve the right to recognise a subsequent introduction of a property by another party without being liable to the initial introducing party where, for example (without limitation) a reasonable period of time has expired or there are changes in offer terms.
